1. When will I get my box?


Boxes ship out the last week of each month, so you should expect your package right around the first of the new month. This means that the August box, for example, will ship out the last week of July and arrive at your door by the first week of August. The September box will ship out the last week of August, and so forth.


2. How do I cancel or modify my subscription?


To modify or cancel your subscription, just log into your account on our website. Click "Edit" next to your Planner Girl Provisions subscription. You can then cancel your subscription or sign up for a different subscription term that better fits your needs.


Please note that subscriptions are non-refundable. CANCELLING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION DOES NOT REVERSE AND REFUND YOUR LAST ORDER. Cancelling means that your subscription will not be automatically renewed and you will not be automatically charged again when your subscription is over. Please see Question 3 below about how you will be charged.


3. How and when will I be charged?


When you make your purchase, you are automatically enrolled in auto-billing so you don't have to worry about signing up for a new box each month. You are charged upon purchase and on the 10th of each renewal month after that until you cancel your subscription. This means you will be charged $19.99 (plus S+H) upon purchase and on the 10th of each following month for a new box until you cancel.


4. Can I purchase a box or subscription as a gift for someone else?


Absolutely! Just input your billing information and email address like you normally would but give us the lucky recipient’s shipping address instead.


5. How do I change my billing or shipping information?


Just log in to your account on the website and update your profile!


6. Do you have any promotions or discount codes?


We usually have something up our sleeve, so make sure to follow us on Facebook and Instagram for the latest deals and steals. You can also subscribe to the Happy As Annie blog mailing list to get all of the important emails!
